Kevin has been with Red Nose Day since 1991 and Chief Executive since 1997. From 1982-1991 he was Head of Education at the Royal National Theatre. He was a member of the Board of The Gate Theatre Notting Hill from 1988 to 2008. In 2007, he was made a CBE.

Frot-Coutaz oversees the development, production and business operations of over 400 hours of programming distributed over eleven network and cable platforms. FMNA currently produces some of the most innovative and successful event programming on television. Frot-Coutaz also serves as executive producer of the Emmy-nominated musical/reality show American Idol, which premiered its sixth season on Fox as the highest-rated entertainment program in the history of the network among total viewers.

Simon has managed a host of artists including Cathy Dennis, Annie Lennox and the Spice Girls. Simon created Pop Idol, which was first transmitted in the UK in 2002. Pop Idol was an enormous success and a version of Idol has now been made in over 40 countries. The most successful of these is the US where "American Idol" is watched by over 30 million people twice a week.

In 1992, he joined the Clinton presidential campaign as Director of Advance Operations, and later served on the Vice Presidential Selection Committee. During the Administration, Ginsberg was an Associate Counsel in the Office of the White House Counsel and a Senior Counsel in the U.S. Department of Justice.
